High-level depalletizer

This depalletizer is used to unload the empty bottles from the full stack automatically, which can improve the site working condition and production efficiency to satisfy customer’s production and packaging requirements.

Process description:

The complete full pallet be transported into the lifting platform of depalletizer by the chain conveyor, the lift platform rise layer by layer, the interlayer clamp will suck the interlayer and move it to the interlayer storage, the permanent magnet clamp suck the complete layer of empty cans and move them to empty can conveyor, after finishing the depalletizing of all cans, the lift platform fall down and then send the empty pallet to the pallet magazine.
